Here's some featured pieces in the style I'm doing commissions in, and what I'd charge for them!

ABOUT ME

I'm a game design student and digital artist. Currently, I'm very interested in Splatoon + it's lore. I'm trying to use commissions to save up for various university/personal expenses.I use PayPal and Venmo, but if neither of the two work for you, contact me and we can figure something out.I prefer to separate my real-life activities from my presence in the Splatoon community, but if you're curious about my games stuff I'm willing to talk!

All prices are in USD.

Flat colored: $20

Rendered: $30

Animated: starting at $45, pricing depends on complexity.

I also will do character design commissions by request, starting at $45.

These prices are all for fullbody drawings.Animations at their base price start at hair + 2 other body parts (legs, eyes, clothes, etc) with an idle animation.
More animated parts/more complex animation: Starts at $2/ part, increases depending on complexity.Extra characters: + 50% of original price.Props/Weapons: + $3-7, depending on complexity.Backgrounds: Starts at $5, increases based on complexity.

TERMS OF SERVICE

This is all very long, but the tl;dr is that:
- I use both Paypal and Venmo.
- Payment is done after I send you a sketch of the commission.
- Neither party (me or the commissioner) may disclose each other's legal identities or other personal information.
- All major changes must be done in the sketch phase. If the commissioner requests a major change after the sketch, they will be charged depending on how drastic the change is.
- Commissioned art is for personal use only, unless specified otherwise.
- No refunds if the commission is completed.
- I can post your commission in places (with credit to your characters!) but you can tell me if you don't want me to.
- Please don't edit the image, repost it without my permission or use it as an NFT.
- Please ask if you have any concerns!

• If your Terms of Use or Terms of Service invalidates any of my rules, do not contact me for a commission.
⚬ My terms and conditions overrule any conflicting terms in the commissioner's personal Terms of Use regarding my artwork.
⚬ By contacting me for a commission you have agreed to all these terms.
• I do not work for:
⚬ Exposure (Shoutouts, Advertisements, Credit)
⚬ Delayed payment
⚬ Digital currency
⚬ NFT reselling, NFT promotion or any type of NFT/Crypto related product
• I retain the copyright to my work and require attribution/credit in any repost of such commissioned work.
• Commercial use of my work will come with a percentage fee discussed in private.
• Unauthorized use of my work for commercial purposes will be blacklisted.
• I require full payment before making the sketch.
• I require a full description with images of the commission.
• During commission I will send the process of the artwork for feedback. Changes will only be allowed during the sketch phase. After it, any MAJOR change will be charged.
(ex: moving around a limb or changing colors slightly would not be a major change, but changing a pose or the palette would)
• I accept payments through Paypal or Venmo in USD. If needed, I can use another platform, but would prefer not to.
• Refunds will only be offered upon cancellation prior to the start of the commission. I do not accept requests for refunds after the drawing has started or delivered.
• Do not trace any commission artwork.
• I am free to use the commissioned work to promote myself unless specifically stated by the client.
You are not permitted to share any personal information of mine that is available on platforms outside of my Twitter, @planetNamik. This includes paypal, venmo, and any other social media.COMMISSION PROCESS
• The client will receive a sketch for corrections and approval. When the commission is a certain level of complexity, multiple sketches will be provided with different ideas for the client to choose for the final illustration.
• Full payment is made before the sketch is approved. I will only continue to work on the commission after receiving full payment.
• The artwork should take a maximum of 4 months to be delivered. The client is free to ask for an estimation of when their commission might be delivered.
• The client will be notified if the commission will take longer than expected to be delivered.
• The client is free to request updates on the piece at any point during the process.
• The finished artwork is delivered in any way the client may want, along with any variations of the work, sent usually via private message.

• SIMPLE CHARACTERS (jellyfish, squid form, etc) Will cost less, but price is negotiable.

• MULTIPLE CHARACTERS (+%50 of original cost for each additional character)
•PNGTUBERS/RANTSONAS (each individual images counts as a different commission)
•PROPS AND WEAPONS (+$2 base, price increases with complexity)

• MECHA (will incur additional cost depending on complexity)
• OTHER PEOPLE’S OCs:
Is it a gift for a friend? Then yes. An existing character from some game? Absolutely. Do you want art of a Youtuber? I would prefer you have their permission.

This is here because the definition of “suggestive” is very loose. I will draw revealing outfits, and certain poses and expressions, but if it crosses into “obviously sexual” I will not.I WON’T DRAW

• EROGURO OR EXTREME GOREI have the right to retain screenshots of the commission conversation as a protective system in the case of slanderous remarks. By messaging me, you are agreeing to my terms and will accept the enforced penalties if you fail to follow through. Penalties include: cancellations, the potential of no refund, black listing, and artists beware post. The refusal of refunds is only applicable if the commission experience is incredibly deplorable due to your behavior. Understand that I am a human first and an artist second. I have the right to refuse to work with anyone who talks down to me, treats me poorly, makes me uncomfortable, sexualizes, or objectifies me. If I choose to take a penalizing action, I will send a courtesy message explaining what led to the cancellation and any other action.
